The only way that I see for you to download the video is to go to viddler.com (which is where I got the embed code for this video), become a member, if you aren't already, and then go to this link: http://www.viddler.com/explore/BigDownload/vide...

Once you've done, I think a hard drive-shaped button will be right below the video player that allows you to download the video file.
